Past Events
Here at Network Connections, we love to share what's happening now with our customers and our community. Currently, we hold multiple events each year that cover a wide range of topics. The goal of these events is to simultaneously promote team building and leadership skills. Not only do we hope to help our own team, but also others in the community. We teach skills to improve efficiency and promote cooperation toward a common goal. Our events are always well received and we hope to see you at our next one!
Past Events
The rebuilding began with the implementation of the NCI2.Now initiative. We prioritized developing new mission statements to follow from the department level down. Then, the mission essential tasks were broken down to create a more comprehensive job description. Additionally, we assessed the resource investments needed to support each team’s success through delegated authority to the lowest tier levels.
Finally, we finished with a leadership oversight program focused on the goals of the “One Model.” Together, we developed the framework for both company and departmental programs to promote synchronized operational growth. These included comprehensive programs Quality Management, Training Management, Safety & Accident Prevention, and Standards & Practices. Next, we optimized those departmental processes for marketing, sales, and field operations. We want to provide a superior customer experience through a more unified team effort. Overall, the conference was an overwhelming success. Moving forward, we hope to use it as a basis to continue developing and implementing new programs like this one.
